Dr Christopher Chen is a Senior Clinician-Scientist and Director, Memory Aging and Cognition Centre, National University of Singapore.

His medical training was at Cambridge and Oxford, His research training was at Oxford and the Institute of Neurology, London.

His major research and clinical interests are in neuroimaging, molecular biology and the treatment of stroke and dementia. He has published over 300 papers.

Currently he is President, Asian Society Against Dementia; Chair, International Society for Vascular Behavioural and Cognitive Disorders; Secretary-Treasurer, Asian & Oceanian Association of Neurology, board member, World Stroke Organisation and Finance Committee member, World Federation of Neurology.
