The Organising Committee would like to advise you that the call for abstracts has been extended for the combined Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists’ (RANZCP) Faculty of Psychiatry of Old Age and the Asian Society Against Dementia Conference 2018, which will be held at Crown Promenade, Melbourne, Australia, from Wednesday 7 to Saturday 10 November 2018.

The call for abstracts has been extended and will now close on Tuesday 1 May at 5pm.

The theme of the conference is ‘Ageing in the Asian century: new answers to old questions’ and will bring together renowned speakers from all over the world, which will give delegates the opportunity to share information and knowledge with experts in the area of dementia and aged mental health. There will be streams focusing on Dementia, Aged Mental Health and Basic Science, which will appeal to a wide range of practitioners working in the area of mental health and aged care.

Pre-conference workshops will be held on Wednesday 7 November and an Advanced Trainee Day will run concurrently with the conference on Saturday 10 November.
